New Customer Orders before December 1st


Customers on payment plans will not be allowed to receive a refund.


Cancellations received within 14 days of customers purchase will be offered a complete refund minus shipping and handling. Cancellations received 14-30 days of purchase, and before the shipment of the current tax year software, will receive 90% of their sign-up costs due to service fees. Other fees that the customer had occurred such as, but not limited to, shipping and handling, and any fees due to Sure-Fire Taxes will be deducted as well. Cancellations received after 60 days of purchase, and before the shipment of the current tax year software, will receive 50% of their sign-up costs due to service fees. Other fees that the customer had occurred such as, but not limited to, shipping and handling, and any fees due to Sure-Fire Taxes will be deducted as well. Cancellation requests after the current tax year CD has been shipped (usually around first week of december) will not be allowed to receive a refund.

New Customer Orders After December 1st, but Before April 15th

Cancellations received within 7 days of customers purchase will be offered a complete refund minus shipping and handling. Cancellations received 7-14 days of purchase, and before the shipment of the current tax year software, will receive 90% of their sign-up costs due to service fees. Other fees that the customer had occurred such as, but not limited to, shipping and handling, and any fees due to Sure-Fire Taxes will be deducted as well. Cancellation requests after the current tax year CD has been shipped (usually around first week of december) will not be allowed to receive a refund.

Refunds can take up to 4 - 6 weeks for the money to be fully refunded.
